Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached
- In original condition with no signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Returned in original HAKU packaging when possible
- Free from perfume, makeup, or any other scents
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits
- Final sale and discounted items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return
Follow these simple steps
Get Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 24 hours.
Record Unboxing
Record an unboxing video showing the item's condition and any defects as proof for your return claim.
Pack & Ship
Carefully pack the item with the RA number clearly marked and ship it back to our address.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund promptly to your original payment method.
Need a Different Size or Color?
We want you to love your HAKU pieces. If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange.
Free Exchange within Indonesia
We'll send you the new item and provide a return label for the original.
Subject to Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We'll confirm availability before processing.

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
